Free shipping above 100 EUR
We offer free delivery for orders over 100 EUR. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee applies depending on the country:- Estonia free shipping
- EU €6.20
- Everywhere else €8.20
Estimated time of delivery
- Estonia 2-5 working days
- EU 7-14 working days
- Everywhere else 14-28 working days
Please remember that shipping around any holiday can be very unpredictable.
Taxes and Duties
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior buying.
In order to avoid delivery delays, the order forms have to be filled in carefully and the delivery information submitted should be accurate and valid.
Delivery
We ship from Tallinn, Estonia (EU), through the national postal service provider OMNIVA - omniva.ee/eng. All orders have tracking code.
We are not responsible for a delay in delivery if the goods were handed over to the logistics partners on time, but feel free to contact us at anytime if you have not received your package after a while. hello@minumo.com

Returns
We hope you love your new home accessories and would like to hear what you think of these. But we offer 30 days full refund (excluding shipping costs) upon receipt of the product, if you change your mind or you are not 100% satisfied. No questions asked. Simply return the product to us in unused condition and in its original packaging.

After returning
After receiving the returned product we will refund the price you purchased your product at. The shipment cost is not refunded.
If you are shipping an item over €40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
